Forgot Parental Control Password

To reset parental control password

Go to Settings --> Panental

Send reset code to support. Support will proivde you onetime password.

Onetime password Generate steps in Ottrun's portal.

Login to Ottrun Portal.

Go to IPTV Apps --> My Apps --> Parental Password --> Enter Master Code and Click on Generate Master Code and give this onetime password to user.
