Fixed Large EPG file not downloading.

Added background EPG auto-refresh — EPG data now updates automatically in the background (when enabled by your provider) without requiring manual intervention
Added background content refresh — channel lists, VOD and series catalogues now refresh automatically when they become stale

Fixed app crash when pressing the Fast Forward or Rewind buttons (NullPointerException on TrackSelectionParameters)
Fixed play/pause button showing both icons overlapping simultaneously
Fixed the Play button not resuming playback after pausing
Fixed Fast Forward allowing the position to go beyond the end of the recording
Fixed Rewind allowing the position to go below zero
